Maxed Out Cleaning is a locally owned Charlotte company built on the idea that a clean space should never need a follow-up conversation.
Why we started
Maxed Out Cleaning opened in Charlotte in 2021 because too many people had the same story: a crew came, the invoice came, and the baseboards were still dusty. Cleaning is not complicated work — it is detailed work, and details only survive when someone is accountable for them.
So we built the company around accountability. Every job has a written checklist. Every customer keeps the same crew. Every complaint gets fixed inside 24 hours, no debate. Five years and a lot of Charlotte kitchens later, that has not changed.
We are small on purpose. Growing slowly is the only way to keep the standard the name promises.
