Straight answers
How is pricing calculated?
We quote a flat price per visit based on the size of the space, its condition, and how often we come. You approve the number and the scope in writing before we schedule anything — no hourly surprises.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring customers give us a door code or a key and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all products and equipment come with us. If you prefer we use something specific on a surface, leave it out and we will use it.
Are you insured and bonded?
Fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background checked before they set foot in a customer's space.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and correct it at no cost. That is the whole guarantee — no forms, no argument.
Am I locked into a contract?
Recurring service is month to month. Commercial accounts get a written service agreement so the scope and schedule are clear, but we do not require long lock-ins.
